Hillstone Corporation sources and supplies the goods required by projects and installations, including construction materials, generators, electrical and mechanical items, vehicles and spare parts, food, fuel and site consumables. Products are procured from vetted manufacturers and authorized dealers, both regionally and internationally, and delivered to site in Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.

Procurement Process

Clients may submit a request for quotation or a bill of materials. Hillstone prepares a quotation against the exact specification, confirms lead times and country of origin, and manages purchasing, inspection, shipping, customs clearance and delivery under a single contract, through the Hillstone company registered in the country of delivery.

Delivery to the client’s site, warehouse or installation in Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.

Food, Fuel & Consumables

Food products, diesel and gasoline, cleaning and office supplies, personal protective equipment and other consumables.
